π¨ What Are Colours?
Colours are the different ways our eyes see light. When light bounces off objects and enters our eyes, the brain helps us understand what colour something is.
Example:
π A red apple looks red because it reflects red light into our eyes and absorbs other colours.
π The Primary Colours
Primary colours are the basic colours you can mix to make all other colours.
In paint / art (pigments):
Red
Blue
Yellow
In light (like screens and TVs):
Red
Green
Blue (called RGB)
π Secondary Colours
These are made by mixing two primary colours:

π How We See Colour
Light enters the eye
Special cells called cones detect colour (red, green, blue)
The brain decides which colour we see If there is no light, we cannot see colour β everything looks dark.
