Which is outside the Control of the Management of the Company.F) No .....what it means is , YOU OWN a Share in the Company for the Amount of Shares you have Purchased let’s say £1000.00. So you own 1000 Shares in the Company if each Share was £1.00 Each.G) It is always wise to invest in Publicly listed companies THAT pay a return to their Shareholders throughout the Financial Year, this is called a DividendH) There is a Vast amount of Companies on Stock Markets around the World that DO NOT Pay a return to their Shareholders in the form of a Dividend.I) Dividend’s are what is known in Financial Markets as a return received on the Capital Invested.....quite simply if you invest £1000.00 in Shares of a Company , what is the Return that those Shares will give you as a passive income on Capital Invested . EACH YEAR!!!!J)Later we will discuss where and how to Find these Publicly Listed Companies.K) Always remember try to invest in Markets and Companies which you are already familiar with or Industry Sectors that you know or Work Within Already or have a Keen Objective Interest In.
