This course is designed to take you from a curious passenger to an expert pilot of your own biological machine. We’ll cover everything from the microscopic “software” in your cells to the external “armor” of your skin. It will help you learn everything about your internal and external body from head to toe, including the most common disease and treatments.

Continuous development with enhancements, new materials and tools being added and improved constantly.

The Basics of Life & The Integumentary System.
Internal: Cellular biology (DNA, mitochondria), tissues, and membranes.
External: The Skin (Epidermis, Dermis), Hair, and Nails.
Common Issues: Acne, Eczema, Skin Cancer (Melanoma).
Treatment: Topicals, SPF protection, and hydration.
The Skeletal System
Structure: The 206 bones, joints (hinge, ball-and-socket), and cartilage.
External: Posture and bone landmarks you can feel (like your "funny bone").
Common Issues: Osteoporosis, Fractures, Arthritis.
