    Welcome to Fast Track Your Spiritual & Conscious Journey.  A course that will help you to learn about spirituality and consciousness quickly, yet in a very profound way. It has been designed to give you very valuable tools which saves you a lot of time and effort.  

    You should have a notepad and pen or some method of taking notes you can review or refer back to throughout the course. It is advisable to read “About Lesson” before watching any associated videos.  Also, utilise the “Overview”, “Exercise Files” and “Comments” sections etc. to interact.
